I have finally decided to move to a more mainstream blog engine. WordPress seems great so far. There are lots of plugins to use and lots of documentation. The transition was pretty easy due to the fact that WordPress allows you to import any blog through the rss feed. Creating the new theme wasn’t too hard either. I found a great reference from Cre8d Design . Rachael put together a few blog posts (here, here, here, and here) on creating a WordPress theme from scratch that I recommend to anyone considering using WordPress.
